Qualifications

• Experience in strata administration, real estate, or property management is desirable but not essential.
• Strong written skills and the ability to draft clear professional correspondence.
• Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Strata Community Manager with day-to-day portfolio management.
• Provide support to owners, onsite caretakers, or committee members.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings using an electronic cloud-based platform.
• Handle client emails and phone communications.
• Distribute correspondence and attend meetings as required.
• Arrange quotes and work orders for maintenance and compliance tasks.
