Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join a boutique inner-east agency. You will manage a ~600-lot portfolio, chair AGMs and committee meetings, oversee budgeting and levy invoicing, coordinate maintenance, and enforce by-laws.

Enjoy 2–3 days work from home, a dedicated assistant, and excellent career development opportunities. Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and a proven track record in stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a strata portfolio.
• Current NSW Strata Management Licence (Class 1 or Class 2).
• Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and best practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
