Gough Recruitment in Mittagong is seeking an experienced Strata Assistant or Assistant Strata Manager to advance their career within an established strata management business. Based in Mittagong, you will support day-to-day management of portfolios across the Southern Highlands with specialist teams backing key functions.

You will work closely with two Strata Managers, handling meetings, documentation, and portfolio administration while developing skills toward a Strata Manager role in a growing

Qualifications

• Experience in strata administration and management.
• Current NSW Strata Certificate of Registration or relevant licence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AGMs, issue notices and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Action meeting outcomes and follow up on resolutions.
• Organise work orders and assist with invoice approvals.
• Manage correspondence with owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting papers and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and up-to-date portfolio administration.
• Monitor tasks and ensure timely follow-through.
• Assist with internal systems, procedures and process improvements.
• Provide day-to-day portfolio support to Strata Managers.
