Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced strata manager to take day-to-day responsibility for a compact portfolio of ~45 properties, mainly across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. You will work with a specialist team, supported by strong systems and dedicated admin, to deliver a balanced, long-term career path.

Responsibilities include managing the portfolio, attending General Meetings via Zoom, liaising with owners, committees, contractors and stakeholders, and providing cover for other

Qualifications

• Previous strata management experience is essential.
• Strata Certificate is required.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and proactive, seeking a long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 45 properties.
• Attend General Meetings (via Zoom).
• Liaise with owners, committees, contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide leave cover for other managers (excluding meetings).
• Support from Compliance Manager, Insurance Manager and admin team to focus on service delivery.
