Job summary

You will support Strata Managers with administration and communication, coordinate meetings, respond to enquiries and help with maintenance and insurance matters in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in strata or body corporate is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills required.
• Based in North Brisbane or nearby; office-based, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meeting notices, agendas, minutes and correspondence
• Helping organise AGMs and committee meetings
• Responding to owner and committee enquiries
• Coordinating maintenance requests, quotes and contractor follow-up
• Assisting with insurance and other body corporate matters
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping portfolio tasks on track
