Job summary

Lineа Talent Group is seeking an Assistant Strata Manager in Sydney to support a Strata Manager across a portfolio of about 590 lots within ~50 schemes. You’ll work within a friendly team, develop your strata knowledge and progress with guidance from experienced managers.

Ideal candidates have strata/property exposure, solid communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, professional approach. Training and career progression are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with owners, committees and contractors.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Proactive and professional approach.
• Strata qualifications or Certificate of Registration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support a Strata Manager with a portfolio of approximately 590 lots across 50 schemes.
• Respond to enquiries from owners, committees and contractors.
• Assist with preparing for AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor requirements.
• Assist with correspondence and day-to-day portfolio administration.
• Support the management of levies, budgets and financial matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with compliance requirements.
• Build positive relationships with owners and committee members.
• Work closely with the wider strata and administration team.
