Linea Talent Group is seeking an Assistant Strata Manager to join a well-established strata management team in Sydney. You will support experienced Strata Managers with day-to-day portfolio management, respond to owner and contractor inquiries, and coordinate maintenance requests and quotes.

The role offers a collaborative environment with ongoing training, mentoring, and genuine opportunities to progress into a Strata Manager role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Strata Manager or in strata administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Genuine interest in progressing career within strata management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Strata Managers with the daily management of their portfolios.
• Responding to enquiries from owners, committees and contractors.
• Coordinating maintenance requests, work orders and contractor quotes.
• Preparing meeting agendas, notices and minutes.
• Assisting with AGMs and committee meetings.
• Maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support.
• Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
