Specsavers Merrylands is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and drive excellent customer service in Merrylands NSW 2160. You’ll report to the Store Manager and guide the team during shifts, ensuring policies are followed and sales targets are met.

In this full-time role, you will oversee staff development, stock control, health and safety compliance, and daily reporting. A proactive leader who thrives in a busy optical retail environment will excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory or team-lead role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales while maintaining service standards.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team on shift to ensure excellent service
• Train, develop and manage performance of staff
• Monitor stock levels and assist inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Support store manager with reporting and admin duties
