Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high performing team through rostering, training and performance reviews.
Store Management: Oversee daily operations, customer service, retail standards and store flow.
Business Performance: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, set targets and use marketing tools to drive growth.
Customer Service: Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and stock/roster management.
