Qualifications

• An interest in retail, optics or audiology
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Punctuality and reliability
• An ability to build rapport with customers
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work retail hours, which may include late nights and weekends
• If you have no experience in optics or audiology but have a passion for professional healthcare and a willingness to undertake training with us, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and provide product advice.
• Assist with placing specialised orders.
• Provide excellent customer service across eyewear and audiology services.
• Guide customers trying contact lenses for the first time.
• Support store team and training as needed.
