Job summary

Bladez & Co in New South Wales is seeking a confident, motivated Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll manage stock, merchandise clothing, shoes and accessories, assist with social media content and promotions, and work with the team to create eye-catching displays. Flexible weekends and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to work independently and confidently as part of a team.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent understanding of stock control and stock integrity.
• Sales-driven, with a strong focus on customer service and achieving targets.
• Experience in visual merchandising, maintaining store presentation and creating eye-catching displays.
• Confident being in front of a camera for social media content, promotions and marketing.
• Strong multitasking, communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible availability, including some weekends.
