Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking a Store Manager in Australia to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will be accountable for leadership, staff performance, and budgeting to ensure a successful shop that serves customers and the community.

We are looking for a proven leader with 4+ years in retail, including supervisory experience, who can mentor a team and uphold Trek’s standards across all store activities.

• 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
