Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a Services Team Leader to drive frontline leadership across store operations, cleaning activities, and customer service. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure safety and high standards while supporting multiple stores within the region.

The role may operate as a multi-site leadership position, providing hands-on leadership and operational oversight across stores. This is a full-time role based in a Coles location in Victoria's Traralgon region.

• Leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and teamwork.
• Clear communication, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Confidence on the shop floor supporting customers.
• Ability to stay organised while balancing priorities.
• Willingness to be hands-on and complete cleaning tasks.
