Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Services Team Leader to guide store teams in delivering a clean, safe and welcoming shopping environment. The role covers single-store and multi-site leadership across the region.

You’ll lead by example, coach your team, balance priorities on the shop floor, and support customers with hands-on cleaning tasks and trolley collection. This multi-site leadership position offers diverse exposure within Coles’ service network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team by example.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and teamwork.
• Excellent communication, time management and task prioritisation skills.
• Confidence working on the shop floor and assisting customers.
• Ability to stay organised while balancing operational priorities.
• Willingness to be hands-on and complete cleaning tasks as part of the role.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and push/pull trolleys.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach your team to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Collect trolleys and complete cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Support customers on the shop floor and respond to needs.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and organisation.
• Balance competing operational priorities across the store or multi-site region.
• Perform on-the-floor cleaning and trolley collection as required.
