Job summary

Coles Group in Merrylands is seeking a Team Leader for Coles Services to support stores and multi-site leadership across the region. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, supervise store cleanliness and safety, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Based in a primary store with regional responsibilities, you’ll balance hands-on tasks with people leadership, driving standards and collaboration across teams while delivering Coles’ purpose to help Australians eat and live

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team through leading by example.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and teamwork.
• Excellent communication, time management and task prioritisation skills.
• Confidence working on the floor and supporting customers.
• Ability to stay organised while balancing operational priorities.
