Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Services Team Leader to lead by example, keep stores clean and safe, and coach a frontline team across the region. The role involves hands-on cleaning tasks, trolley collection, and operational oversight across multiple stores.

You’ll drive customer satisfaction, maintain high standards, and support staff development while balancing regional needs and store priorities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and teamwork.
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation.
• Confidence working on the shop floor and supporting customers.
• Ability to stay organised while balancing priorities.
• Willingness to be hands-on with cleaning tasks and trolley collection.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and push/pull trolleys.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach your team to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Keep stores clean, safe and welcoming, and oversee cleaning tasks.
• Collect trolleys and assist on the shop floor as needed.
• Provide hands-on leadership across multiple stores in the region.
• Coach and develop teammates to improve performance.
