Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a Services Team Leader to guide a frontline team in keeping stores clean, safe and welcoming. You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and balance trolleys collection with cleaning tasks to deliver a standout shopping experience daily.

Based in a primary store, this multi-site leadership role may oversee operations across multiple stores within the region, providing hands-on leadership, coaching and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching and developing a team.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and teamwork.
• Great communication, time management and task prioritisation skills.
• Confidence working on the floor and supporting customers.
• The ability to stay organised while balancing operational priorities.
• Willingness to be hands-on and complete cleaning tasks and collect trolleys as part of your everyday role.
• The ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and push/pull trolleys.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and guide the Services team to keep stores clean, safe and welcoming.
• Coach and develop team members, balancing priorities and delivering great shopping experiences.
• Collect trolleys, complete cleaning tasks and maintain high standards on the shop floor.
• Provide hands-on support and operational oversight across store operations.
