Job summary

Hilti Australia is seeking a Store Sales Representative to drive growth through excellent customer service, product demonstrations, and consultative sales. You will manage daily store operations, nurture business relationships, and contribute to a high-performance retail team.

You’ll engage with customers across touchpoints, aim to meet sales targets, and participate in ongoing training to advance within a multinational organisation. A forklift license is a plus.

• Maintain customer database accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Uphold operational excellence: inventory controls, data entry quality, and store upkeep.
