Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead in New South Wales to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and overall guest experience. You will lead BOH product operations, manage inventory shifts, and ensure both floor and back-of-house are stocked and organized.

You will contribute to performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and guidance to Educators while delivering world-class service on the floor when scheduled.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Ensure execution of omnichannel programs (e.g., ship from store) according to company standards.
• Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
• Lead from and move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the operational business, team and guests.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for the guest.
• Bring our product stories to life on the floor to support an optimal guest experience.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
• Address team member performance and support their ongoing learning and development by providing direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
