Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in managing product strategy, inventory movements, and back-of-house operations. You will drive stock control, coordinate floor and backroom efficiency, and support Educators with coaching and performance input.

You’ll help deliver a world-class guest experience when on the floor and contribute to hiring discussions. Responsibilities include collaborating on product strategy, executing SOP-driven inventory tasks,

Qualifications

1 year of work experience in retail or similar environments.
Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
Experience in leading, mentoring or process implementation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
Enable omnichannel programs (ship from store) per company standards.
Engage team members in inventory management and foster a positive shift environment.
Lead on the floor to address operational needs and guest service.
Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy and availability.
