Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration.
• Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
• Eligible to work in Australia and able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations strategy and cascade to team members.
• Plan, prepare, and manage team member schedules considering labor, safety, and budget.
• Manage the budget and analyze financial data (P&L, expenses) to inform planning.
• Monitor progress against financial goals to support strategy and pricing targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient labor scheduling for product operations.
• Oversee omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store) per standards.
• Execute company-level operations directives and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and handle payroll/time-off processes.
• Lead from the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Notify leadership of growth and staffing needs based on trends and results.
• Monitor product levels and manage inventory receiving and processing.
