Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead in Sydney to drive profitability and store efficiency. You will lead inventory management, execute floor replenishment, and uphold visual standards while coaching a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll partner with store leadership to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and foster development across Operations Associates. This role requires physical movement and weekend availability on a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Experience driving profitability and efficiency in a retail/guest-facing environment.
• Ability to analyze store metrics and move quickly to improve operations.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks and movement around the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory processes to maximise accuracy and minimise shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with GM to close gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, transfers, replenishment and floor updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and in stockrooms.
• Partner with Ops & Visual Managers on budgets, reports and vendor relations.
