ALO in Australia is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and uphold standards that support the entire store’s operations.

Your responsibilities include inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink, handling shipments and receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, and ensuring a safe, inviting sales floor.

Formación

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales or operations environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self-motivated with ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to move constantly and lift up to 10–15 kg.

Responsabilidades

• Execute inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and escalate gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relations to maintain operations.
• Promote a safe, efficient store environment with strong stockroom practices.
• Move around store to support business needs and guest service.
• Implement operations directives with the team.
• Assist in product flow and daily replenishment.
