ALO in Australia seeks a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experiences, educate customers on products, and lead a service-focused sales floor. You will mentor team members, analyze performance data, and implement action plans to close gaps while driving growth.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with operations, visuals, and station leads; you will recruit and develop Sales & Service staff and guide day-to-day store operations to deliver consistent results.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Able to move constantly around all areas of the store and lift up to 10–15 kg.

• Lead exceptional guest experiences on the floor with product education and team coaching.
• Grow client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports and implement action plans to address gaps and drive growth.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
