Frontline Recruitment Group – Sydney Northern Beaches NSW is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a women's fashion store at Warringah Mall. You will drive sales, coach the team and maintain brand standards from the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, recruitment, stock management and a strong focus on customer experience. Salary is $68-70K + Super, 38 hours per week, Tue–Sat, with clothing allowance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to hit or exceed KPIs.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales drivers.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and develop staff.

About You

• Previous experience as a Store Manager
• Fashion retail experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and what drives sales performance
• Confident people leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving results
• Experience across recruitment, stock management and visual merchandising
• Hands‑on, organised and able to take ownership of the store
• A genuine passion for fashion, customers and creating a great team environment
