Job summary

2Recruit is seeking an experienced, style-driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing boutique in Sydney. You will be the face of the brand, guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial results.

The role requires at least 5 years in fashion retail, proven leadership, and a customer-first mindset. You will mentor staff, coach styling and service, and motivate the team to achieve targets while upholding the brand’s standards.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion retail (essential)
