Job summary

The Talent Mill is seeking a Store Manager to own the Macquarie Centre boutique, leading the team, driving performance and delivering a superior client experience. You will coach on the floor, build a loyal client community and shape the store's clienteling and styling approach.

  • Put in strategies to deliver on store’s sales, budgets and key retail KPIs.

  • Lead from the floor, coaching your team and identifying opportunities to grow performance.
  • Take ownership of VM, stock, rostering and day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with Area and State leadership, gaining exposure beyond your own store and supporting wider retail initiatives.

You’ll ideally bring previous Store Management experience within fashion retail, strong commercial awareness and confidence leading a team towards ambitious targets. You’ll be equally comfortable coaching on the floor, styling a client, reviewing your KPIs or developing your next future leader.
