Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a fashion-focused womenswear store in Miranda, NSW. You will lead from the front, coach your team, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role is full-time with a Tuesday–Saturday roster, offering a clothing allowance, annual bonus potential, and a generous staff discount. You’ll manage ROsters, performance, and visual merchandising to reflect current fashion trends.

Calling all fashion-focused retail leaders! This well-known womenswear retailer is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing store in Miranda. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader who loves fashion, develops people and is motivated by driving strong sales and commercial roles.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll take ownership of your store's performance, team culture and customer experience. You'll lead from the front, coach your team and ensure the store consistently delivers against sales, KPIs and operational targets.

This is a full-time role, on a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
