Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in Sydney’s Western Suburbs is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for their Bankstown Boutique to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, drive sales and KPI achievement, coach staff, manage rostering and stock, and uphold visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Has previous Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership experience.
• Comes from a fashion or premium retail background.
• Is commercially driven and confident working with KPIs and sales targets.
• Has a genuine passion for customer service and styling.
• Is an engaging leader who can coach and develop a team.
