Job summary

Frontline Retail at Warringah Mall is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a women's fashion store. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You’ll manage stock levels, visual merchandising, loss prevention while recruiting and developing staff. The role rewards strong KPI delivery, brand standards, and a positive, high‑support team culture. Salary is $68-70K plus super.

• Hands-on, organised and able to take ownership of the store
