Frontline Recruitment Group – Carindale QLD is seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new Carindale store in October. You’ll recruit, coach and motivate a five-person team while shaping the store culture from day one and delivering an engaging customer experience.

The role offers a Tuesday to Saturday roster, exposure to sport, streetwear and licensed fashion, and the chance to grow with an international specialist retailer.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or strong 2IC.
• Confidence leading, motivating and developing a small team.
• Hands-on approach and love of being on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good operational capability across stock, merchandising and daily store routines.

About the Client

Our client is an international specialty retailer sitting at the intersection of sport, streetwear and licensed fashion, with a product range inspired by some of the world’s most recognisable sporting teams and cultural influences.

With a brand-new Carindale store opening in October, they are looking for a Store Manager to lead the launch, build the team and create a high-energy store environment from day one.

Whether you’re a seasoned Store Manager who genuinely loves the product category or a newer Store Manager at the beginning of your leadership journey, there is flexibility to consider the right person.

About the role

Leading a team of approximately five, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance and culture of the store.

You will:
