Frontline Recruitment Group – Campbelltown NSW is hiring a Store Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new Macarthur store this October. You will recruit, coach and develop a small team while delivering an outstanding customer experience from day one.

You’ll drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, oversee rostering and daily operations, and lead on the shop floor with a hands-on approach. The role offers a 63K–69K package plus Super, working Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or strong 3IC
• Confidence leading and motivating a small team
• A hands-on approach and strong presence on the shop floor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of stock, VM and daily retail operations
• Energy, personality and the ability to build a great team culture
• Genuine interest in sport, streetwear, sneakers, fashion or pop culture

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an international retailer bringing together sport, streetwear and licensed fashion, with a product range inspired by some of the world’s most recognised sporting teams and cultural icons.

With a brand-new store opening in Macarthur this October, they are looking for a Store Manager who can take ownership from day one, build a strong team and create an exciting store environment.

We are open to experienced Store Managers, as well as strong Assistant Managers or 3ICs ready to take their next step.

ABOUT THE ROLE
