Frontline Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a brand-new Mt Druitt store opening this October. You will build and guide a small team, own daily performance, people development and the customer experience on the shop floor.

Seeking candidates with strong retail leadership, a hands-on approach and excellent customer service. The role offers a Tue-Sat roster, a brand-new store environment and the chance to shape store culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or strong 3IC
• Hands-on approach with a strong presence on the shop floor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of stock, VM and daily retail operations
• Energy, personality and ability to build a great team culture
• Genuine interest in sport, streetwear, sneakers, fashion or pop culture

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an international retailer bringing together sport, streetwear and licensed fashion, with a product range inspired by some of the world’s most recognised sporting teams and cultural icons.

With a brand-new store opening in Mt Druitt this October, they are looking for a Store Manager who can take ownership from day one, build a strong team and create an exciting store environment.

We are open to experienced Store Managers, as well as strong Assistant Managers or 3ICs ready to take their next step.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll lead a small team and take ownership of the store’s daily performance, people and customer experience.
