Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group – Eastern Creek NSW is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a busy fashion outlet. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team of 15, drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This role offers 38 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday roster, a salary of 68,000–70,000 plus super, attractive monthly bonus program, clothing allowance and staff discounts, plus ongoing coaching and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.
• Experience in an outlet or high-volume retail environment with stock management skills.
• Confident leading larger teams and developing team members.
• Mature, organised and resilient, bringing stability to a changing team.
• Commercially minded and passionate about customer experience.
