Job summary

Sydney Tools Pty Ltd is opening a brand-new Seven Hills store and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead from day one. You will build and develop a high-performing team, establish a strong sales culture, and own the store's performance from launch.

You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, manage day-to-day operations, rostering, stock and merchandising while shaping the store’s culture and setting standards for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
