Outback Stores Pty Ltd is seeking Store Managers for remote Australia locations, including singles and couples roles. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead and develop teams, manage rostering and budgets, and uphold food safety and customer service standards.

More Than Running a Store

As a Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of your store while leading and developing your team.

You’ll:

• Manage sales, stock control, merchandising and store performance
• Lead, mentor and develop your in-store team
• Manage rostering, staffing, inventory and expenses
