Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ supermarket retail or FMCG experience.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, stock control, merchandising and store performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop your in-store team.
• Manage rostering, staffing, inventory and expenses.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Ensure food safety, WHS and company standards are met.
• Build strong relationships within the community.
