Job summary

Outback Stores is seeking experienced Single & Couple Store Managers to support day-to-day operations across multiple remote locations in Australia. You will oversee all aspects of store performance, provide strong leadership to teams, ensure safety and food standards, and build meaningful relationships with the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in supermarket retail or FMCG.
• Leadership experience mentoring and training diverse teams.
• Operational knowledge of rostering, staffing and budget control.

• Proficient computer skills and quick software learning.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

We are seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job- it’s an adventure! You’ll have the chance to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with community while exploring some of Australia’s most isolated locations.

You will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community while upholding the store’s commercial performance and reputation.
