Job summary

Outback Stores Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations across remote Australian communities. You will manage daily store performance, rostering, stock control and customer service while developing your team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supermarket retail or FMCG experience.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of store operations, rostering and stock control.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory and expenses.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Ability to work respectfully and effectively across cultures.
• Resilience, flexibility and a hands-on approach.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

As a Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of your store while leading and developing your team.
