Qualifications

• Min 3 years in retail or FMCG within a supermarket environment.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and training experience.
• Experience with rostering, staff allocation and budget control.
• Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across cultures.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient computer skills and quick learner of new software.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision.
• Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and respectful environment.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies.
• Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service.
• Support with staff training initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members.
