Are you a passionate retail leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and loves being on the shop floor?

A well-established Australian homeware brand is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Moore Park store. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader who brings energy, passion and a genuine connection to the brand.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume store so the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the pace, is highly sales focused and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll lead from the front, motivate your team and play a key role in driving the ongoing success of the store.

The Opportunity

As the Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading your team to achieve sales, customer experience and operational targets.

You’ll be a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to have the tougher performance conversations when needed. You’ll set clear expectations, hold your team accountable and create an environment where everyone understands what great performance looks like.

Must be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
