Retailworld Resourcing seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our Canberra location, blending commercial performance with genuine customer connection. You will own the sales strategy, coach a small team and develop product knowledge to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and sales.

We’re searching for an experienced Store Manager to lead a successful Canberra location. This is a community-focused store with a strong track record, offering the opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader to take ownership of the business, develop a close-knit team and continue driving growth.

This isn't traditional retail leadership. We’re looking for someone who understands how to combine commercial performance with genuine customer connection, team engagement and exceptional service.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the broader leadership team, you will:

• Take ownership of the store's sales strategy, driving KPIs, budgets and commercial performance
• Lead, coach and develop a small, engaged team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Build strong product knowledge and consultative selling capability across the team

About You

You’ll be an experienced retail leader who thrives in a customer-led environment and enjoys having genuine ownership of a store. We’d love to meet candidates who bring:

• Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership experience
• Strong commercial capability and confidence driving KPIs and sales
• A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
• Experience leading a small team in a hands-on retail environment
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
• A resilient, self-motivated and autonomous approach
• The ability to drive results without needing constant directionA consultative approach to selling and customer engagement
• A genuine interest in creating a positive team culture and memorable customer experiences

Experience across beauty, premium retail, lifestyle, hospitality, salon or other consultative customer-focused environments will be highly regarded.
