M.J. Bale is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Business Manager for our Macquarie Centre team in Sydney. This role focuses on leading the floor, driving performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with the Store Business Manager, coaching staff, managing daily operations and maintaining premium service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role within a leading Australian menswear brand that offers development opportunities and competitive

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail team member.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and support a team.
• Strong sales record and confidence working towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Business Manager with daily leadership and operations.
• Lead the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Coach team members and build confidence on the floor.
• Develop relationships with new and returning customers.
• Provide expert advice on fit, styling and product.
• Assist rostering, stock management and visual merchandising.
• Maintain high standards across service and store presentation.
• Take responsibility for the store when the Store Business Manager is away.

M.J. Bale is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Business Manager to join our Macquarie Centre team.

This is an opportunity to take the next step in your retail leadership career, working closely with the Store Business Manager to develop the team, drive performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About the role

You’ll be a visible and hands-on leader, setting the pace on the shop floor and helping the store perform at its best.

Your day will include:

• Supporting the Store Business Manager with daily leadership and operations
• Leading the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Coaching team members and building their confidence on the floor
• Developing relationships with new and returning customers
• Providing expert advice on fit, styling and product
• Supporting rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
• Maintaining high standards across service and store presentation
• Taking responsibility for the store when the Store Business Manager is away

About you

You’ll bring:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail team member
