Macpac Tuggeranong is seeking a Store Manager to lead a close-knit team of 10, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences every day. You’ll coach from the floor, manage KPI delivery, champion safety, and foster a culture where colleagues love coming to work.

Sunday to Thursday work pattern with few weekends, competitive pay with super and bonus potential, and generous staff discounts across the Macpac family. If you’re a hands-on retail leader, this is your next adventure.

Qualificações

• Experience managing a retail team.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
