Job summary

Super Retail Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Macpac Uni Hill in Melbourne. You will support the Store Manager, lead a small team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic outlet.

Grow your career with a brand built on adventure. Macpac Uni Hill is searching for an energetic and passionate Assistant Store Manager to help lead our busy outlet store in one of the area's highest foot-traffic shopping destinations.

This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion, making it the perfect chance for an aspiring leader to grow your career with this opportunity. You'll support the Store Manager in leading a close-knit team of six, delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating an engaging store environment.

We're looking for someone with apparel retail experience and previous leadership exposure, ideally having coached or managed a small team. Visual merchandising and outlet experience will be highly regarded, but most importantly, you'll bring a passion for the outdoors and a love for helping customers gear up for their next adventure.

• Tuesday-Saturday roster, no late nights

• Management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
