Macpac Eastland Shopping Centre in Hobart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a small team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to reach sales targets, maintain high store standards, and foster a positive, energetic environment that reflects our outdoor brand ethos.

Experience in retail leadership, a passion for outdoor products, and the ability to connect with customers through shared experiences are highly valued.

• Retail management or supervisor experience.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
