Macpac Tuggeranong is seeking a Store Manager to lead a close-knit team of 10, drive strong commercial results, and create a culture where people love coming to work.

You’ll coach from the floor, deliver on KPIs, champion safety, and create exceptional customer experiences every day. This is ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, or a current Store Manager seeking a new adventure.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their leadership journey, or an established Store Manager looking for their next adventure. You'll lead from the front, coaching your team on the floor, delivering on KPIs, championing safety, and creating exceptional customer experiences every day.

• Sunday to Thursday and only two weekends per month

• Management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• The ability to motivate and inspire your team.

• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
