Macpac Tuggeranong in the Australian Capital Territory is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 10-strong team, drive strong commercial results, and cultivate a culture where people love coming to work.

This role suits an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up or an established Store Manager seeking a new adventure, with coaching on the floor, delivering KPIs, championing safety, and outstanding customer experiences every day.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their leadership journey, or an established Store Manager looking for their next adventure. You'll lead from the front, coaching your team on the floor, delivering on KPIs, championing safety, and creating exceptional customer experiences every day.

• Sunday to Thursday and only two weekends per month

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
