Job summary

Macpac Uni Hill is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our busy outlet store in a high-foot-traffic location. You will support the Store Manager in guiding a team of six, delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating an engaging store environment.

You'll support the Store Manager in leading a close-knit team of six, delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating an engaging store environment.

We're looking for someone with apparel retail experience and previous leadership exposure, ideally having coached or managed a small team. Visual merchandising and outlet experience will be highly regarded, but most importantly, you'll bring a passion for the outdoors and a love for helping customers gear up for their next adventure.

• Management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
