Macpac Knox is seeking a people-first Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, engaging store environment.

You will lead by example, motivate the team, train staff, and oversee merchandising, stock control, and safety. A passion for outdoors and travel is preferred, with the backing of Super Retail Group.
